Shield+ collects the information you enter into the app, such as customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, appointment details, notes, and business settings. We also process authentication information through Clerk and communication data through Twilio when you send messages or use missed-call automation.

How We Use Information

We use your information to run the CRM, display customer records, manage appointments, send text messages, power missed-call text back workflows, secure user accounts, and improve the reliability of the service.

Third-Party Services

Shield+ uses third-party providers including Clerk for authentication, Supabase for data storage, and Twilio for messaging and call workflows. These providers may process information on our behalf to deliver the service.

Data Retention

We keep customer and business data for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, but no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You may update or delete business data inside the app where available. You may also contact us to request account-related help, privacy questions, or data deletion requests.
