These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Shield+ CRM. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Use of the Service
Shield+ is provided for business customer management, appointments, messaging, and follow-up workflows. You agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with messaging, privacy, and consumer protection laws.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep your settings current.
Messaging and Calls
If you use Twilio-powered text messaging or missed-call workflows, you are responsible for obtaining any legally required customer consent, honoring opt-outs, and complying with all applicable telecommunications laws and regulations.
Customer Data
You retain responsibility for the customer data you enter or process through Shield+. You represent that you have the right to use that data and instruct us to process it for the purpose of providing the service.
Availability
We aim to keep Shield+ available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or compatibility with every device, browser, or third-party provider.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shield+ is provided on an as-is basis, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if the service is misused, if legal compliance requires it, or if the account creates risk to the platform, other users, or third-party providers.
